2023 Internship - Equipping the Called

The Sycamore’s 6-week internship, June 18-July 30, will provide opportunities intended to help students (Ages 17-22) connect, gain experience, find their calling, and grow in their relationship with God and the church community.

This internship will provide opportunities to build a community within the church, serve in outreach, sharpen gifts and talents through one-on-one mentorship, take ownership of tasks within departments, gain confidence in leadership, create intentional time with God in Bible study, and learn directly from leaders and staff on topics that will stretch, grow, and equip.

Interns will meet in person 2-3 days a week and will commit to a total of at least 10 hours a week.

  • Ages 17-22

  • Demonstrate responsibility, excellence, and ownership that ministry training demands.

  • Have a strong sense of the call of God on your life and a proven Christian lifestyle, consistent with Scripture. 

  • Be a regular and active member of the church (for at least 6 months).

  • Have the physical, emotional, and spiritual health required to successfully undertake ministry training.
